If I was running a practice with a @Denplan list right now I’d be asking a few stern questions of my payment provider and looking at other options. Either badly worded or bad advice from the Big Green Apple.
For many practices their @Denplan payments will be the only income at this time. Possible solution: offer payment holidays to patients but continue to provide payment at previous levels to practices. This could be repaid over a reasonable timescale.
If nothing’s done, and payments start to dry up then it’s possible that a number of these practices won’t be here to help keep @Denplan afloat when we’re all back to work. Whenever that may be.
