Just been looking at the table and remaining fixtures and while yes, 25 points is a big lead, City have a game in hand and we still have to play Everton, Arsenal and City away plus Chelsea at home.
Assuming City win all their games, losing those 4 makes it effectively only a 10 point lead. Then we have Palace at home against whom our record is not great and Villa, who will be fighting for their PL survival.
That essentially would reduce the gap to 6 points, with Newcastle away who will be pumped up from the SportsDirect furlough controversy. Losing that arguably makes City favourites.
Brighton away will be tough and Burnley at home is not a gimme exactly is it? The physical challenge they’ll put up will be no picnic.
Started this thread as a light hearted distraction but have genuinely made myself feel a bit nervous.
