If you’re the stage of heavy breathing. 1st must do a RESPIRATORY STEAM(inspired by @HoodHealer )
and try some of the teas and foods in the following threads.
If you feel heaviness in the chest and an itchy throat:
Steam (above), cut ginger into cubes press and add to hot water + some a lil raw honey. if not honey, squeeze lime.
To stay healthy, juice:
•Grapefruit ( or blend with water and stain)
•Red peppers, Orange and red apple (blend then steep or have as is)
Eat Salads! Sub your greens with Dandelion Greens in your Salads. Add red peppers (great source of vitamins C)
btw, at this point: no dairy, meats, cheese or white sugars. These cause mucus and your body is tryna fight that off right now so listen.
it’s not just about Covid-19, there is about valuing yourself before your health is threatened.
Make sure to add Seamoss, lemons, limes, green peppers, onions and garlic to most of what eat. (not all at once lol but get creative ✨)
Blueberries are great source of sweetness right now. Perfect in smoothies.
Teas:
Licorice - cleanses respiratory system and reduces stress
Dandelion - fights cancer and diabetes, cleanses digestive track
Ginger - fights respiratory problems and strengthens immunity.
Mullein - supports healthy respiratory health
Rose - removes toxins and has Vitamin C
