What's it gonna take to get yall to STOP WEARING GLOVES???!!!
Gloves prevent cross contamination. You're suppose to change them every time you change tasks.
I see people shopping, touching their phone, paying the cashier, and reaching for their keys, and entering the car with the same gloves on. Probably touching their face too.
Since y'all just HAVE to gloves here are the proper steps:
1. Glove up when you enter the store
2. Shop like normal but DO NOT touch your face, phone, or any personal items. If you do you have now contaminated your personal items with grocery store germs.
3. When you get to the cashier properly remove your gloves so those germs dont touch your purse/wallet.
4. Pay for your groceries and glove back up before you touch the cart again
5. Now here is where things get really interesting. You gotta get your keys to unlock your car (another window for cross contamination) between pushing the cart to your car and loading your truck. Hopefully you have keyless entry.
6. Now your car is loaded and cart returned remove your gloves before getting your keys and getting in the vehicle. If you followed that's at least 3 pairs of gloves for a grocery trip alone.
7. Oh! Now you're home and you have to get those grocery store items/germs out the car. YEP! Mo' gloves!!!
You know what would prevent all this??? What would've made this thread maybe just 2 tweets max? WASH YOUR HANDS!!!!!
