Schools were given nothing. In my school, we had to order hand sanitiser for the canteen, but there was a national shortage; so we had 13 bottles for a school of 1,200 students. It was shocking.

This government doesn’t care about the NHS and it doesn’t care about state education. People are dying because of this government’s inaction, and they will continue to do so.

My fear is that we will just be sent back to school, with no additional protection or funding, and no changes to anything we’re expected or able to do.
