• is the ultimate death toll unavoidable and we’re simply spreading them out so we don’t overwhelm the healthcare system?

• are we just buying time until more treatments are available?

• will lockdowns in and of themselves have any effect on death toll over the next two years?

• will lockdowns cause the virus to mutate to meet its goals?

• a vaccine is likely a year or more away. Are we really expected to keep these lockdowns in place until then?

• is a vaccine even possible?

• is there any reason to believe some of the more draconian efforts like arresting people at parks and closing sections of stores have any meaningful impact on mitigation efforts?

• is shopping a proven high risk activity?

• how long until we

can expect a viable treatment?

• what is a reasonable timeframe for maintaining the lockdowns before there’s no going back economically?

• why can’t we mass produce serology testing?

• what are the models looking like if we start reopening the economy for low risk areas and demographics?

• is there any evidence the Swedish approach of a fast burn causes less harm long-term?

• why does it feel like the majority of us are giving up our livelihoods for the

fears of the well-off and powerful? The hospitals are emptying in many places and the healthcare system is seeing mass layoffs.

• what is the trade off between mental health, suicides, economic despair vs letting the virus run its course? What’s the long-term

damage of a 6 month lockdown?

• how many people are sitting at home letting serious health problems fester out of fear of coronavirus and what will that ultimate death toll look like?

• why are we only blaming Trump when the anthem of “this is nothing” and “masks

don’t work” were spread by both left-wing politicians and news outlets as let as early-March?

• point blank are the lockdowns doing more harm then good?
