The Bible makes it clear that God often chooses not to directly intervene in human affairs--often telling humans to do what needs to be done?

Did God interpret the disturbing dreams of Pharoah directly? No, he sent Joseph to do it.

Did God tell that other Pharaoh to release the Israelites from 400 years of bondage? No, he appointed Moses and Aaron as his spokesmen.

Did God heal St. Paul of the sudden blindness he experienced on the road to Damascus? No, he sent Ananias to heal him.

The truth is, God already provided protection us with protection against #COVID19....

He sent scientists who discovered the source of the infection and the means of its transmission. And he didn't stop them from using human created technology to spread the word...

All we had to do was listen and comply with their suggestions...

The people who are packing the churches today aren't doing it out of any sense of devotion to God...

They are doing it to prove their sense of specialness.

They believe that God will (1) only kill "wicked" "sinners" and (2) personally come down from the sky to envelop them in celestial PPE....

What these fools don't seem to take into account is the fact that God gave us free will. God will send messengers to tell us what we need to hear but He ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT force us to listen...

The "Christians" who went to church today could have taken their cues from the King of Neneveh, listening to someone who had been sent by God and following their instructions...

Instead, they rushed off into battle like Ahab. And they will get themselves killed for refusing to heed wise advice from those sent by God.

A whole lot of people are going to get sick today at church today. Many of those people will die. And they will take innocents down with them.
