Let's start with the Hunter exam. The hunter exam is notoriously dangerous and lots of people die each year taking it. Beans set it up to be like this so he wouldn't have to dirty himself taking out all the trash life forms who die during it.
He also has another purpose for the hunter exam. He does this to figure out who is stronger and uses them to further his own goals and to keep tabs on them. There is a reason that Beans was in charge of the orientation after all.
Next let's go over the Zoldyck family. He is secretly behind every transaction made between the Zoldyck's and there clients. He does this because he just simply can. He has no use for anyone so far below his level and it's all for his entertainment.
Beans also created Heaven's arena to keep the public happy and use it to gain everyone's information. He gets access to everyone form filled out and secretly funds it cause he can.
It is a very obscure fact, but Beans also runs yorknew city. He places the actions there for strategic purposes and owns the whole mafia. He also is the secret leader of the phantom troupe. Chrollo is just a nen puppet created by Beans after all.
Greed Island was not created by Ging at all. Beans just wanted to put it under Ging's name to avoid suspicion. Beans is one of the game masters and this shows only a glimpse into his power.
The Chimera Ants are a failed experiment of Beans so he sent them away from the Dark Continent just to fuck with the low life humans that he keeps around cause he finds them funny.
We all saw Beans mess with the election so I have no reason to explain this any further.
The succession war also happened all thanks to Beans. Why do u think there are hunters involved in it? And he's sending everyone to the Dark Continent to show them his secret genius cause Beans did in fact create the Dark Continent
