Okay cooking hive mind: I need a recommendation for pans. I bought some calphalon pans about 5 years ago thinking they’d last forever. They all gave up recently even though we were pretty careful with them. What pans should we get? I’m looking for longevity here for heavy use.
Okay. The overwhelming opinion is all clad for mostly everything, plus one cast iron, and go cheap for the non stick for eggs and such since they’re only meant to last 2-4 years.
