Al-Mansouri massacre 13 April,1996.
Please read the thread till the end to know a bit about the #Israeli crimes in South #Lebanon.
We will never forget.
The thread is mainly the words of a Reuters living witness of the massacre.
Still some people wonder why are we against #Israel
2 families were fleeing the indiscriminate shelling that struck southern Lebanon in April,1996 when they were spotted by the #Israeli enemy that launched his criminal missiles to their car.
6 were murdered & 7 were wounded.
All were women & children, the youngest of whom did not exceed the 1st month of her life & the eldest was 35 years old.
Najla Abu Jahjah,a Reuters photographer, tells details of the massacre, saying"I have seen massacres before, but the massacre of Al-Mansouri ambulance is the worst"
She said:"As usual, every time a Zionist aggression takes place in the south, I take a field tour to convey the scenes of destruction & killing practiced by #Israel against the southerners, to international public opinion.
After making my tour over a number of villages in the Strip,I arrived at around 2:15 pm. on April 13th to the Mansouri road, where I decided to take the opportunity to take a picture of the international emergency forces checkpoint, which was empty due to the heavy Israeli bombing
As soon as I finished it, I heard the sound of an ambulance, and I prepared myself to take pictures, thinking that it was carrying injured people. The ambulance passed near us, and I saw inside it, contrary to what I expected, a displaced family, most of which is children.
A red light was placed on its roof indicating that it was an ambulance & it was written that it belonged to the Society of the Al-Mansouri Children - the Islamic Endowment.

In the meantime, the driver suggested to me to pass before him,but I thought about taking some other pictures,& suddenly I heard the sound of Israeli airforces approaching the place
I hid at the side of a wall to take pictures & I heard the sound of the explosion,& watched the smoke rises, then another missile fell. I started taking pictures.
Soon the vision cleared. I looked at the road, saw nothing, I said thanks God, no one was hurt.
I calmed my mind from the horror of the raid, which had not yet fully captured the image of the position it left http://behind.It  did not occur to me that the ambulance was hit. Then a white Mercedes suddenly appeared.
Moments later, a man appeared, carrying two children, with blood flowing from their faces, which were mixed with the dust of earth.
He shouted: "They killed my children." Then another man carrying a child appeared, also jogging, terrified. I tried to take pictures of them.
One of the men was screaming & saying, in a scary voice that echoed around the place: "Four children, Oh people." While the other man was beating his head, while the girl accompanying him was saying: "My sister's head exploded".
I tried to enter the garden where there was light smoke, & I took a side road, & there I found the surprise: The ambulance itself, which passed shortly before, collided with the wall as a result of being hit by the Zionist airplane missiles
The scene was terrifying, with 2 women inside, 1 in her 50s & the other in 30s, with 3 children, all of whom were stained with blood.
There was a little girl laying her head to the car's window trying to open her eyes. She was dying, and soon she passed away with a gentle meekness.
In the back seat between her family’s corpses, there was a girl standing & sitting, then she slept motionless.I thought she was dead, but I knew later that she was injured.
While the little girl in her mother's lap was also a dead body & next to her a girl shouted "My aunt, my aunt"
I tried to open the door to save someone, I couldn't. I asked the @UN to do something, and they did not respond.Death was the strongest, children dancing the sweetness of the soul among the dead bodies of their parents.
A child opens her eyes and dies quietly in the sun and over her mother's body. "
