Article 28/29 or Appeasement 28/29

The Constitution of India comprises 395 Articles in 22 parts.
Some additional provisions and clauses were added later according to convenience felt by the previously reigned Governments.I will not be touching that as my topic of discussion

here is Article 28 and Article 29.
In the constitution, Article 25 to 28 are put under the heading of Right to freedom of Religion and these Articles grant different rights to the citizen of India regarding freedom of religion.

Articles 25, 26 and 27 are plausible and viable for a perfect secular democracy.
But hypocrisy arises when we come to the Article 28 and its provisions. See how.
Article 28(1) states that a no religious instruction shall be provided in any educational institution wholly

maintained act of the state funds.
At the same time 28(2) states that nothing in 28(1) shall apply to an educational institution which is administered by the state but has been established under any endowment or trust which requires that religion instruction shall be imparted

under in such institution.
Hahahahahaha, this really seems ridiculous as it throws 28(1) to dustbin with irrational reasons.
You are enlightened enough to figure out for whom this was added. Peaceful community.

Article 28(3) is more funny as it states that no person attending any educational institution recognized by the state or receiving aid out of the state funds shall be required to take part in any religious institutions that may be imparted in such premises unless proper consent

is taken.
Why do we need this if temples, churches, and Mosques are available for religious purpose.
This is the biggest conspiracy enacted in the constitution to demean and degrade the sentiments of the majority population . This is the point we need to ponder upon.

Why does the Government need to give aid to any institution which promotes a certain religion if our constitution admits that there should be no discrimination on the basis of religion ?
For nation like India which is so diverse it was a cumbersome task to put such provisions

in the constitution but the greed of votes of a particular peaceful community and politics of appeasement made the impossible to possible.
Article 370 was the result of such heinous appeasement and the country was carrying this blot till 5 Aug 2019.

Uniform Civil Code is the remedy to all disease and hope our Respected PM @narendramodi will show his valour again in the coming days.
