Reade’s account today differs from her stmt of just a year ago, where she complained Biden “stroked her neck, wrapped his fingers in her hair, & touched her in ways that made her feel uncomfortable.”
Context was a report relating many similar accounts, not serious assaults.

It means that the complaint can’t be meaningfully resolved during the most momentous campaign in history.

Which raises the question of purpose in making an unresolvable claim the week that Biden becomes the Dem nominee, some 27 years after the event.
The public are entitled to expect that such claims can be tested in an independent forum.
