Day 3: One of the first thoughts I had when I woke up this morning was trying to decide if eggs were considered meat or if it was vegetarian acceptable.

Turns out eggs are just eggs & I’m a Flexitarian.

Breakfast: Eggs whites, spinach, whole wheat toast with Tapatío hot sauce🥚
I have to compensate a lot with iron rich veggies/fruits/etc supplements since I have an iron deficiency & O- blood so I’ve been careful w/ such a dramatic diet change.

Making Sunday’s my “one meat meal/snack” day for 4 weeks.

Snack: Beef/Cream Cheese dip w/ Tortilla chips.
