Well...since you asked.

For federal govt Covid-19 crisis disability advisory committee I'd prioritize a few actual disabled people with specific current lived experience and identities that put them at the greatest risk among those at the greatest risk. https://twitter.com/tkurdi/status/1248941525670789120
I'd be incredibly uninterested in the skillset of having run a disability organization - particularly one that is top heavy not grassroots or doing much frontline.

I would include a parent - not a parent group - but one who embraced disabled people's leadership not their own.
I would have no time for 'I entered the world of disability with the birth of my child' nonsense or their book.

I would want disabled people who had firsthand lived experience of being a disabled person in an institution including: prison, hospital, group home, nursing home...
I would want at least one person with critical disability studies background. I think we need the theory present at all time but at same time, let's be honest, academics and organizing to get shit done are often not same group. So not too many.
I'd want people who have community organizing experience - meaning the folks who can spin gold from straw. They are used to small budgets, being creative, and finding on the spot make do solutions to ridiculously layered problems. They are the people who will keep you focused.
So reasonably speaking as a federal govt cabinet minister knowing who makes up my staff and the expertise I have within govt ministries, I'd be looking for people who could bring in knowledge base that just isn't normally present. To me that's logical. I don't need more of same
This would mean I'd want disabled people knowledgable in harm reduction, homelessness (not the staff perspective - the disabled and homeless perspective), disabled poor people who live in social housing, disabled people on benefits, a disabled person living in a nursing home...
