So my brilliant plan of using immediate-mode mesh draws to a render texture for the fog of war projector have been slightly stymied by the fact that Unity seems to only let me do immediate draws AFTER everything has already rendered. Hum.
On the plus side, the very first rendered frame looks like this. It& #39;s subsequent updates that wreck everything. So partial success.
I& #39;ve looked into Command Buffers, which are pretty awesome, but they& #39;re inextricably bound to the camera or light you execute them on, and no good for my purposes. No, I& #39;m gonna have to do this the Blegh Way: a dedicated RT camera and some blitting. What a shame.
