My anxiety is getting worse and worse and it& #39;s getting out of control. I thought I had it worst when I was in college but boy oh boy. Idk what to do now. :(
As in hindi na lang siya yung naglilinger sa utak ko pero nafifeel ko na din siya physically. Shakiness, too tensed na muscles, sumisikip na dibdib and breathlessness. On top of every bad situations na pineplay ng utak ko.
I tried talking to myself, i tried talking to every person na nasa bahay. I even pep-talked myself in the mirror. Pero wala pa din. :(
Nanuod ako videos pero di ako makapagfocus. Sobrang lala hindi ko na alam. :(
So i am sharing kasi nabasa ko na it& #39;s okay to let people know. Will delete this thread later.
