Plan things well before disseminating information or instructions (a thread);
Minsan, if nainform yung mga members mo na ganyang specific output ang ilalabas mo tapos nagexpect sila tapos ‘di naman pala magagawa, you never know if someone actually took some time (2 hours is a long time na never ko na mababalik) to do that project or part well.
If it’s due to time constraints, then say something lol. MAIINTINDIHAN KA NAMAN KASI NG MGA TAO LIKE YEH YOU’RE BUSY BUT SO ARE OTHER PEOPLE. The least you could do is say something like “Hey guys, sorry ‘di ko matatapos ‘to ah”.
Some people actually took the time to learn something new for that specific project, took some time to make it nice, and worthy of looking at. Even if it’s for a good cause and your members volunteered, dapat sinasabihan man lang sila na may change of plans.
Minsan kasi, dapat cinoconsider din natin feelings and time ng ibang tao. Hindi lang dahil it’s convenient for us, convenient din for others. If tingin nila na malaki part nila sa isang project, tapos all they get out of a 2 hour effort is 5 seconds, how would they feel?
Alam ko maraming magtatake nito the wrong way and would say na “nagvolunteer ka naman eh” or “it’s for a good cause naman and we shouldn’t be expecting attention or praise”, pero gosh attention does not equal effort.
Kasi minsan people actually want to produce good f****** outcomes and really try their best, the least you could do is tell you any changes that might or will happen.
Minsan ang dami pa nga nilang ginagawa eh pero they push everything aside, pati free time nila na dapat rest nila, para sa bagay na yun.
Lol I really wanted to give my heart and soul sa group na yun once again but damn, if everything and everyone uses the logic being used there, my mental health is gonna start deteriorating again lolz. Never tot na magiging ganun katoxic hngh.
End of thread. Sorry sa rant hue :))
