I see way too many people who get their affiliate tag and try to cram products down their followersâ throats with absolutely ZERO context or forethought.
This is Beginner Sales Lesson 1. Grab a seat and let me tell you how to beef up those conversions.

Lesson 1: The Psychology of Sale
One of the core concepts of sales is to create a fair exchange
How do we initiate the setup for a fair exchange? We first ask the buyer about their pain points. Get them to draw out as much negative energy as possible towards their situation.

Negativity is a POWERFUL asset when itâs channeled properly.
Next step? Now that their negativity is associated with their pain and NOT your product, you initiate your slow descent into their pockets.
Find your common ground and tell your story.

Here is where I see 85% of affiliates doing it wrong. If you have no story associated with the product, you are falling short.
Never be an affiliate for a product you havenât used. Youâre not credible. How do you know that itâs so great if you wouldnât even buy it?

What if the product is compete trash? Imagine the damage thatâs done to your personal brand!
âGreedy bastard!â
âAll they want is my pockets!â
Youâre gonna get flamed from all angles!
So what now? You channeled the negativity, heard the story, told your story, now what?

Here is where the money is:
People donât want to be TOLD to buy, they want to be gently GUIDED to the idea of buying and ultimately decide for themselves.
You set it all up magnificently, and then you allow them to pull the trigger. The guided negativity will push them to buy.

Thatâs just how people naturally operate. They want to be the genius solving the issue, not you. The sale isnât just made from a need. They could get a service that would suffice at half price.
Nah, the sale is in the emotion/experience. The satisfaction as the problem dwindles.

All of that to say:
Guide to a sale through emotions and experiences. Donât force a sale through cold (or even lukewarm
) leads. Itâs not fitting to human nature. Allow autonomy to create conversions.
