Just had a very incredible chat with Tate (5 years old) just now and he said he doesn’t want to be on the net and it brings me back to the discussion I had with myself about consent. Tate’s intelligence is unreal. A 5 YEAR OLD telling me about his privacy online.

I apologised to him and said I would definitely honour that and going forward I would ask them before I post anything about them online. Loooool feels surreal I’m having this conversation but when I’ve posted stuff it’s because I’m proud. He’s a different lad though.

Very very confident but he’s always been incredibly headstrong. Told me “No” from early on but yeah I’m glad I could show Carter and Tate your messages they’ve put a huge smile on their boat race!!
