A little thread of mindfulness, dedicated to my balcony. First up, we scattered wildflower seeds in a window box and are so excited to see what they will blossom into.

With hindsight, it wasn& #39;t the best idea to plant dill seedlings in the pot where my cat sits.

Spring onions and, if we& #39;re lucky, that& #39;s Swiss chard poking through at the back.

Fennel, more spring onions and wild rocket.

The cultivated rocket is thriving.

And so are the oregano and Greek basil, though the parsley is looking a bit sad.

A brave little marigold.

The chives never fail to pop up, year after year.

Possibly our greatest triumph. This is what happens when you plant chia seeds.
