Now when the new administration came in, all these things fell through. The plans of Siphokazi and how the Ocean economy can singlehandedly fund higher education in this country have been ignored and the looters continue to loot.
BXI that successfully rendered a service and brought back millions and Millions of U.S dollars back to SA has now been at the heart of attacks by media and the department of Fisheries because he was seen as a "Zuma person".
Legal people can allude to that fact that you can't say no to a brief, that's the nature of the legal world. But a black owned firm is being targeted after it did such a great job.
While the American government and British authorities have so much respect for BXI attorney's and its owner Barnabas Xulu, we as South African tarnished their image.
It's also public knowledge that Judge Hlophe is a client of BXI attorney's and is represented by Mr Barnabas Xulu.
So now the WC High Court has ordered BXI attorney's to repay the money they charged to the department for its services, of which they rendered.
It's also interesting to note that the judge that ruled on the matter is Judge Roger's, who has a problem with Judge Hlophe. How can he now be expected to rule fairly and ethically on a issue regarding the legal representatives of Judge Hlophe?
We also have to question the role of Adv Cronje in criticising this historic achievement.
Our problems are many South Africans, I hope one day, we'll come together and fight such. Happy Sunday 
NB: There's proof and documents alluding to all these things. We cannot afford to let people like Siphokazi get offers from foreign governments and companies while we struggle back home. We also can't allow black professionals to be dealt with for doing their jobs.
