When me & @ThaboMakwakwa came out exposing @dailymaverick many thought we're chance takers and all that. When we provided screenshots and proof of the biased publishing on articles, @MarianneThamm and her cabal tried silencing us. After continuously telling them to go to court.

While I was still gathering all my information for hopefully a court challenge, I realized that @dailymaverick have no place to hide as all they do is threaten and threaten but never act.

I also spoke about @MarianneThamm and how her friends remain very big bullies of Independent black thinkers and once they can't control your thinking, they feel threatened. But you see when you can longer speak your mind , you must know that there's no point in living.

I'm now going to take you through how @MarianneThamm of @dailymaverick threatens judges and how certain judges treat black writers differently compared to white writers. You can actually sense the disrespect and their superiority complex.

This week I hinted that @dailymaverick's senior journalist @MarianneThamm was sending emails to judges. Suggesting that they come out and share information as she has the ability to bring things that happen in the dark out in the light. A clear threat.

@MarianneThamm through her very clever subtle threats, she then makes mention of the Gupta's and how she dealt with them.

Heres one email below. Now this email proves the superiority complex that journalists like @MarianneThamm portray. If judges can be sent such emails, threatening them & telling them what to do, what does it mean for us who look towards the judges and the law for protection?

We've over the years seen the deliberate attacking of @dailymaverick and it's cabal on black leaders and black professionals. What hurts is that many white judges respond beautifully and openly to white writers but become arrogant when asked by blacks.

Below is also a email I sent to a Western Cape High Court Judge seeking answers on the developments at that bench. I sent the email asking questions because of the tension they have with Judge JP Hlophe, who is being attacked by some of the judges. Here's the response

All I'm trying to show is how blacks get dismissed for asking critical questions but whites get afforded all this privy information. I simply wanted a comment for a story I'm writing.

The ethical behaviour of some of these so called journalists and Judges, needs to be looked into deeply. Our problems are many here. These things are much more complex than what meets the eye.

I'm also going to show you how @dailymaverick deliberately went on a smear campaign to discredit a fmr govt DDG of fisheries.

Siphokazi holds a Bachelor of Science( Zoology) Bsc Honours ( Marine Science) from Fort Hare University. She also holds a Mphil from the International Fisheries Management, Bergen University In Norway.

When she was DDG at the department, she quickly found dealings of corruption in her office that involved the DG Mike Mlengana directly. She also stopped a contract worth Milions which was illegally given to a friend of Mike Mlengana.

She also realizes that the ocean economy remains a very untransformed sector in our country that blacks are deliberately blocked from entering. She also uncovers other corrupt dealings of Chinese mafia's working with ppl in the dept

And in law enforcement to get away with corruption and looting the oceans of our country, while blacks are constantly denied access to rights and the markets to be active participants in the economy. Theres money that was deposited from Hongkong into the dept acc meant for Mike.

All these corruption is clearly showed in the masters report which @CyrilRamaphosa knows about but is failing to deal with the corruption as it involves key cadres.

Siphokazi having looked at the corruption within the dept as well as how for a very long time SA has been owed money by corrupt individuals who lied about the amount of fish and abalone they get

Approaches a law firm by the name of BXI attorney's [ who happen to also represent Judge JP Hlophe] to help them recover Milions and Millions of U.S dollars owed to them by fishy business man, Bengi. Google the Bengi report.

@dailymaverick went on a series of fake news stories tarnishing her image and making her seem like a corrupt individual whilst the real ones who are corrupt went on a witch hunt to have her and other whistleblowers removed from office.

Siphokazi's problems started when she started unraveling the level of corruption happening in her dept. Some which were directly influenced by the DG Mike Mlengana. The same Mike that was suspended for corruption. He then goes on a campaign suggesting he's being victimized.

Lets not forget that this is the very same Mike that's on record saying he's the most POWERFUL PERSON IN THE ANC.

So Mr Mlengana then returned back into his position and being the powerful person that he is, he begins a witch hunt suspending all those whistleblowers. One by one. As he does this, he creates fake news and stories of how the whistleblowers & police stole from the department.

Funny enough, the Deputy minister at that time at Fisheries was our current minister of Police, Bheki Cele. Who was also fired for corruption.
