There's a really pregnant reference to, "voices outside of the White House [who] peppered Mr. Trump with competing assessments about what he should do and how quickly he should act." The only named voice is Blackstone's Stephen Schwarzman (and that may be later).

But of course, many of those "outside voices" would be Fox News.

I'd be curious how this story would look if @benyt had been involved.

Some might also be Mar-a-Lago bozos.

In other words, the story's great for demonstrating how the utter lack of policy process at the WH & President's narcissism have led to more deaths. But it doesn't fill out people who play a key policy role (Hannity) bc they occupy such a persistent role in Trump's echo chamber.
