Future Now Tour

Adam Lambert was supposed to be the opening act of the Confident era tour, but somehow he got replaced and out of nowhere Nick (his manager was the same as Demi) was chosen to be a co-headliner of the tour cutting of her set to half

Confident album release promotion

Normally when an album is released the artist has to promote in the first week in their country, Demi releases Confident album and her label has the idea of her promoting it in other country in the first week upon the release

Choosing promotion singles as singles later

Tell Me You Love Me and Stone Cold were both released as promotion singles, what's the logic of the label making singles the songs that were already released before the album was released when they could've choosed others

2nd/3rd single poor promotion

Ok let's start with Confident era, the month is December and Demi announces that Stone Cold will be the 3rd single, then we have to wait until February for her to release the music video that was directed by a magazine photographer

then we have to wait until APRIL for the song to start having impact on the radio, a song that was supposed to be a winter song impacting on the radio during spring, with performances of the song in award shows but was really never pushed on the radio

Now we go to Tell Me You Love Me era, Demi announces the 2nd single of the era 4 months after the lead single was released, in the first day of December the music video is released, impacted on the radio in November, yet her label doesn't push it in the radios

Made In The USA

The year is 2013, DEMI album is released and it has MITUSA a perfect song for the american holiday July 4th, Hollywood records release it as a single AFTER July 4th and releasing the music video on July 17th

Hollywood Records didn't promoted the song while they were busy promoting their "dearly" clients more, lovatics would call radios to ask the song and the radios wouldn't play the song

Phil Mcintyre (her manager) overworking Demi

Demi was 15 when she booked her Camp Rock role and then met Phil Mcintyre, he was already the Jonas Brothers manager, he heard her voice during Camp Rock rehearsals called Disney and then said he wanted to be her manager

She signed with him and in the next day she was booked to be on tour with the JBros, working on her debut album and few months later her 2nd album, being on her own tour, while shooting her tv show and PPP and Camp Rock 2nd movie and touring for the movie

In her Simply Complicated documentary released in 2017 her former manager said "I think Demi being on Disney Channel now looking back at it I can connect the dots and say there was an immense amount of pressure" no shit sherlock

but him overworking her doesn't stop in the Disney Channel days, upon her rehab release in January 2011 Demi goes back in the studio and in September of the same year she releases her Unbroken album

she promotes the album performing it, in 2012 she has a relapse and after the american idol performance she goes back to rehab for a few months, she gets released and already starts working as a judge in the second season of x factor of the same year and working on DEMI album

now let's go to Confident era, during that era Demi lost her dog Buddy, her great-grandmother, her uncle and had to face a break up with her ex boyfriend, after all that she would go back to work a week later without having the time that she needed to mourn the people she lost

in a recent interview she said that her former team wouldn't let her mourn those people and instead would say to her that she should either go to the gym or to the studio because the way she was feeling could've been used for her music

Demi is announced to be a performer at SNL and later the vice president says she got the performance because he wanted her there, not because her team booked it

During DEMI and Confident era her music would be leaked few months before the official release and her label wouldn't do anything to stop those leaks, as an example Confident single was leaked 2 months before the official release

Now going to Tell Me You Love Me era, Demi releases Sorry Not Sorry as the lead single, but this song wasn't supposed to be the lead single. Her team wanted her to release Tell Me You Love Me as the lead single but Demi didn't shared the same opinion

So Demi (an intellectual) sent an email to Jay Z asking for his opinion on what song she should make the lead single and Jay Z said to her to go with Sorry Not Sorry, once again someone making wiser moves than her own team

Demi releases Sorry Not Sorry as the lead single on a Tuesday() and the song was added on Spotify's biggest playlist 3 days later and was the face of the playlist 1 week later the same day the music video got released

Normally when lead singles get released a lyric music video comes with it because it helps on the Billboard Hot 100, during Sorry Not Sorry era her team had the "brilliant" idea of posting the lyric video of the song on her...insta stories

Sorry Not Sorry is released, it's stable on top 10 of Itunes for like a month and suddenly the song gets removed by her label of Itunes because they want to change the song cover to TMYLM album cover, later the song goes back to top 10 for more 3 months

Now we go to a recent single that was released: I Love Me. In March she releases this pop song, the song gets added on Today's Top Hits at #28 in the same day and has impact on radio March 10th

Island Records is the label responsible to promote the single while Demi has a deal with Republic Records and they are the ones that are responsible to promote the song on the radio

While the song is now at #12 on Pop Radio, Island Records couldn't even get Demi as the face of the biggest playlist on Spotify, barely added the song on Spotify playlists, yet they do the most to promote their other male artist

One month after the release of I Love Me the song gets removed from Today's Top Hits playlist

Demi and the Grammys

She releases Here We Go Again at the age of 16, the album goes #1 is full of well written masterpieces and her label and team didn't even think of "let's submit this album to the Grammys" she could've been easily nominated atleast as Best new Artist

In 2011 she releases Skyscraper and in 2012 Give Your Heart a Break is the 2nd single and yet again her label doesn't submit her music to the Grammys

In 2013 around DEMI album release she does her first performance and interview that has a connection with the Grammys, yet again no submission from her label

The year is 2016 and the Grammys does a Tribute to Lionel Richie and Lionel himself invites Demi to be apart of his tribute,that being Demi's first performance at the award show, yet again it was performance that her team couldn't book

In 2016 Demi is announced as a new client of Island Records (I'm going to talk about other thing about this later in the thread) and in that same year her label submits her Confident album and she FINALLY is nominated for a Grammy for Pop Vocal Album

In 2017 she's announced as the headliner of the Bee Gees Grammy tribute while being a nominee, most of the times the nominees do a performance of their music I'm sure if her team worked better they could've got her a performance

Demi starts working on Tell Me You Love Me album, some people behind the Grammys listen to her album like they do to most of artists albums and her label and team decide to release the album on the last day of submission...the album didn't get nominated

Worldwide Tours

Demi in 2014 is the opening act to Enrique Iglesias tour, introducing her to some Europe countries and with her Demi World Tour she visits a small percentage of some countries in the world

Someone asked her in an interview what took her so long to do come in 2014 to Europe and she replied "ask my label" because her team and label made her believe she had no fans in Europe

10 years into her career she FINALLY does a full European Tour in 2018

Demi and Acting

After Sonny with a Chance and Camp Rock Demi made appearances in Glee and Dusk Till Dawn, in an interview 2017 she says that she won't do acting because of her tattoos, yet in 2019 it was exposed that it was her former manager that wouldn't get her roles

Hollywood Records, Island Records, SafeHouse Records

Let's start with HWR, listen I don't know what kind of deal the label and manager signed with Demi, but I wonder how Miley and Selena got away from that trash label and Demi is till this day signed with them

In 2015 she signs a deal with Island Records because her former manager favorite lab rat is also signed in the same label and they used to behave like they were twins, so wherever one was the other wouldn't be that far

In the same year someone has the "brilliant" idea to create SafeHouse Records, Demi, Nick and Phil would be the main founders while Hollywood Records and Island Records would work behind it, their main goal was for them to be able to control their own masters and creativity

That label literally goes nowhere and the last song that is released by Demi that still has SafeHouse Records behind it was Anyone since the song was made in 2018 and Demi was still connected to it at that time

Products/Lovato Club

She released Devonne By Demi and 3 years later the production of it stopped suddenly, after her Episode game success she released Zombarazzie and her team didn't even made it available to Androids and forgot about it like 1 month later

in 2014 she announced Lovato Club, it was supposed to be something for her to share exclusive stuff among other things...her team literally scammed everyone and forgot about it, @philymack we know you still have our money

Demi announced a partnership with Shazam where the country in Europe that would shazam the most Neon Lights would be apart of Demi's Neon Lights Tour and at the end of the day neither Shazam or her label announced which country won

In 2015 Demi is announced as a performer in Coca Cola Music Festival in Spain, suddenly Confident album is announced to be released in the same day, she's removed from the list one week before the festival making lovatics from Spain angry

Phil and his other clients

Everytime Demi would do anything her former manager would put his other clients in the middle of it, we wanted her to stay away from the camp rock image and he would put them in house/pool parties, tours, award shows and interviews

Mike Bayer

Demi went to rehab and while being at Cast Centers she met this man, he started being her "life coach" and for a certain time she shared an apartment with him, she would bring him in every interview she talked about mental health/addiction

In 2016 Demi is announced as Cast Centers partner, he starts speaking in tours, in 2018 Demi brings him to a Dr Phil interview, a few months Demi relapses and this man and her former manager are nowhere to be seen

If you saw her Simply Complicated documentary you can notice how they acted like they were Demi's saviours and even Demi would said that because they manipulated her into thinking that

Anyways the year is still 2018 and before Mike leaves Demi he gets a job in Dr Phil show, using her name to get a job to secure the bag and after he and Phil dip Demi he tries to shade Demi...good luck on his blog tho

Diet and Gym

Demi's team way of making her deal with her problems was making pratically live in the gym, "power through it" as they used to say, they also thought that by making her follow a diet would have some kind of control in her eating disorder

This year Demi went to Ellen and it was exposed that Demi's former team would ask to hide candy or anything that had sugar everytime Demi would go to Ellen

They wouldn't even let her ask for room service in hotel rooms and she had a watermelon and an apple cake on her birthday

Body Say release

While Demi was touring with her siamese twin she released Body Say, the song was only available on spotify and 2 weeks later her team decides to put the song on Apple Music, Youtube and Itunes

During Sorry Not Sorry era he created a group with Demi's main update accounts telling them to help him doing his job, he asked her fans to rise a hashtag to get her a magazine cover...dude that's literally your job you got paid for it

Deluxe/Target editions

Since Unbroken era Demi starts releasing Deluxe editions of her albums with remixes (no one asks for it) and during TMYLM era she released a target edition with 2 new songs and till this day we are waiting for her label to make those songs available
