This Easter, let’s remember who Jesus fought to protect and uplift: the downtrodden, the poor, the beggars, the sick, the hungry, the prostitutes, those from foreign lands, and, always, the least of these.

Let’s strive to continue fighting his fight each and every day.

Be good to each other in these dark times. Lift one another up. Spread love and happiness.

Everything that you do, every move that you make, ask yourself if it empowers and emboldens the least of these.

Let Jesus be your road map, as hard as that is at times.

Spirituality is something a lot of us struggle with because of the modern day church and a faction of its most vocal members.

But we have to keep the faith, our own faith, in Him and Him alone. He resides within us. So look within and find peace with him.

Life will always be a struggle. We will stumble and fail and falter. We will lose faith. We will weep and wither. But He’ll be there to lead us back to calm seas and solid ground.
