how to deal with an over-thinker/someone who suffers from anxiety

1) always reassure them because their minds keep on telling them that they& #39;re not important and they notice the slightest changes and consider it as a sign that you don& #39;t really care
2) accept them the way they are because they& #39;re already blaming themselves on everything going on
3) HAVE PATIENCE they just need to be taken care of, they& #39;re not bad people
4) don& #39;t make them feel guilty for how they feel about issues and problems, a person who over thinks, over feels too, they& #39;re not making a big deal out of stuff, this is how they really feel
