its important to note that mass promo is a compromise out of economic considerations & is not mutually exclusive to the sacrifice of learning (hence the supp courses). what we need 2 ensure is its proper execution: it needs to make up as it should.

y not freeze the sem til every1 can afford 2 go back?
the govts lack of axn on eduk left us uncoordinated. if we do this, all of us r delayed, others schools r continuing the current timetable. time has its costs too e.g. dapat kumikita ka na in n yrs, pero nagaaral ka pa. etc
