As a small streamer, here's a tip about streaming I learned

Just posting to twitter and going live, doesn't mean you're gonna get any viewers. No one knows who you are

Hashtags, as annoying as they are, spread your stream

But that's not enough. Hangout in other

Streams. Get to know that streamer and their audience. Become friends.

HOWEVER don't just try to network for your own self gain, because it's super transparent and you'll just be known as an asshole

I always hated the word networking because it seems like you're trying to make friends for your own selfish gain.

Stop going out there with the goal to get big being your primary focus. Make friends, and see where it takes you. Genuine friendships
