Why doesn't Tara Reade's Police Report Have Joe Biden's Name On It?

1. Filed police report Thursday, no named perpetrator.
2. Report Filed to give her extra safety from threats. (This sounds stupid.)
3. Says she filed a complain with the Senate. They have no record and she doesn't have a copy.
4. There are no other women accusing him of assault.

1. Says she cleaned up in a restroom and went home crying.
a. Cleaned up what? Really, she isn't claiming any fluid exchange occurred.
2. Says she told Marianne Baker, Dennis Toner and Ted Kaufman.
a. They all say this did NOT happen, they recall nothing.

Toner: “I don’t remember her. I don’t remember this conversation. And I would remember this conversation.”

“When you work on the Hill, everyone knows who the good guys are and who the bad guys are, and Biden was a good guy,” she said.

1. Tara Reade doesn't know the time, date, or exact location, just says it was a semi private area.
a. Really hard to believe a person who was assaulted doesn't remember where it happened. For me, I even remember the bathing suit I had on and the way the sunlight fell.

1. The interns remember her. They don't remember her interacting with Joe or any inappropriate activity. Nobody who worked there remember her discussing any incident, and she did not tell them or warn them about the incident.
a. Wouldn't you warn the other women? I always did.

Finally, she emailed Lucy Flores last year after her first story was released.
1. She did not tell Flores about the alleged assault.

Why not? She obviously would have believed and sympathized. Tara is not a notoriously private woman who finds it hard to open up.

My opinion: This is all bunkum and balderdash, and also MALARKEY.

I'm not a lawyer, @Stupid_Berns but I think if she had named Biden on the report he would have the ability to take action against her. He could sue her and she would be liable for filing false report as well.
