hot pink on dark covers (a thread)
we will start with my absolute favorite. the uk cover of wilder girls by @itsrorypower like literally look how gorgeous this is. i could stare at it all day.
turns out a lot of these are uk covers because the uk knows what’s up. here’s the devouring gray by @christineexists. it’s just so haunting.
my year of rest and relaxation by otessa moshfegh. i just read this one and loved it so much.
there’s someone inside your house by @naturallysteph. again, somehow the hot pink on the dark background is just so haunting.
another uk one! the hate u give by @angiecthomas. the font isn’t hot pink on this one, but the other words accent well. and the best part about this one? the entire SPINE is hot pink.
ok i’ve never read fragments of the lost by @MeganLMiranda but i saw @booksandlala talk about it in her new video and the hot pink just drew me in
slay by @BrittneyMMorris. literally EVERYTHING about this cover is absolutely incredible.
i had never heard about how to hang a witch by @AdrianaMather until i went on my hunt for hot pink titles on books but wow! now it’s on my tbr. (also another uk cover)
