in all seriousness tho when there are large groups criticising the lies and manipulation of powerful figures, and victims of abuse often find themselves extremely isolated and cut off from anyone who could support them, these are very different psychological experiences

you don't need to project analysis of interpersonal abuse onto other kinds of violence and lies, you can call state violence what it is, nothing is lost by that
