In 1994 Raila Odinga& #39;s father died. He was pushed out of his father& #39;s party FK by Kijana Wamalwa. He resigned losing his MP seat in the process as per the law. He formed NDP & used it to recapture his seat. He was 39, fresh from detention and armature in politics. 1/14

In March 2002, NDP officially Joined KANU forming a strong party ready to face 2002 GE. More like the URP & TNA merger to form @JubileePartyK for 2017 GE. In July same year, Raila fell out with KANU & left. 2/14
Upon leaving KANU, Raila formed LDP which teamed up with Kibaki& #39;s NAK among other parties to form a formidable outfit called NARC that went ahead to win the year& #39;s GE that took place on 27th Dec 2002. This was done within a short period of less than 5 months. 3/14
One of NARC& #39;s main agenda was constitutional reforms and Kibaki was unwilling to offer this. As a result, NARC disintegrated during the 2005 referendum. 4/14
Raila teamed up with Kalonzo & formed ODM Kenya which albeit losing the 2005 referendum, became a force to reckon. Raila& #39;s time in ODM-K was shortlived because in 2007 while in a NEC meeting Makueni MP Dan Maanzo ran away with the party& #39;s certificate leaving Raila partyless. 5/14
Raila had to quickly find a political vehicle because he was a candidate in 2007 GE. That gave birth to the ODM we know. He went ahead to annihilate Kibaki& #39;s PNU in all quarters in the year& #39;s GE. In Parliament he won 99/208 seats ,PNU coming second with 43/208 seats. 6/14
Kibaki pulled a Tharaka Nithi in the 2007 GE resulting to unprecedented chaos which were quelled by the formation of a coalition government. He became the 2nd PM of Kenya appointing William Ruto as the Agriculture minister. 7/14
In April 2010, Raila suspended Ruto from the cabinet over the maize scandal. He was reinstated almost immediately by President Kibaki and given the Higher Education docket. He was sacked 5 months over another scandal. 8/14
Having fallen out with Raila Odinga, Ruto who was heard wondering loudly on the floor of Parliament why Raila was changing parties, decided to form his own party URP in 2012 and officially left ODM. Maybe he found one of the reasons; parties have owners. 9/14
In 2013, Raila teamed up with Kalonzo Musyoka& #39;s ODM-K & Moses Wetangula& #39;s FK to form CORD which battled it out with Uhuru& #39;s TNA and William Ruto& #39;s URP. The results were contested & given a clean bill of Health by a 1-minute SCOK ruling by CJ @WMutunga. 10/14
In 2017, Raila teamed up with @MusaliaMudavadi, @skmusyoka and @Wetangulam to form @CoalitionNASAKe. Ruto on the other side gave up his party to TNA forming @JubileePartyK. 11/14
Things are however becoming elephant for Ruto in Jubilee. With his party URP having been swallowed by TNA to form @JubileePartyK, Ruto has been left venting his frustrations at wrong people. 12/14
Ruto is proving to lack the balls to walk out of @JubileePartyK and form his party just like Raila because as I said, every party has it& #39;s owner, and they can& #39;t be two. 13/14
By lacking the balls to make such a bold move, Ruto leaving people doubting his capabilities. I will let you describe him in a poll.
