Cruise lines aren’t really US companies; Carnival Corporation is incorporated in Panama. Royal Caribbean is incorporated in Liberia. Norwegian CL is incorporated in Bermuda. What’s more, a large % of cruise ship workers are from Europe, the Caribbean, and the Philippines.
