Our memberships absolutely rocketed to well over 50 students on campus. We’ve become a genuine fighting force holding our University & SU to account!

We’ve continuously protected the rights of students on campus, especially when the SU & University have got things wrong. Our universities should be places of debate. That means all voices should be heard.

We’ve gained the attention of national media who covered the disgraceful comments made by senior lecturers at Cardiff University - We’ll continue to scrutinise our institution & make sure it’s inclusive to all!

We’ve fought to make sure your education is protected! Continuously pushed @CardiffUni & @CardiffUCU to reach an agreement ASAP so all strike action can end!

We’ve worked with the @WelshConserv in the Senedd to ensure the concerns of students are heard! Here’s a video of @AndrewRTDavies raising our strike action concerns with the Welsh Govt!

Successfully launched a petition to trigger an EGM of @cardiffstudents to discuss the UCU strike action. It’s vital students have a voice in the dispute!

After we smashed the petition, I worked with @WelfareCSU to put forward a motion that saw the interests of every student at Cardiff protected - We’re still fighting you're corner, watch this space!

We’ve welcomed some fantastic speakers to the University, including @PaulDaviesPembs Leader of the @WelshConserv in the Senedd - We’re ready to take the fight to Labour in 2021!

We fought tooth & nail to get @Mohamed_Y_Ali elected last year. Unfortunately it wasn’t his time, but we should be so proud of the team we built. 25+ students out on polling day!

We’ve supported an ever growing @CardiffUniCons by scaling up our Exec team to make sure every wing of the party is represented. We’ve got elections coming up! Look out for details!

We’re working with our fab AMs down in the Senedd to establish a @W2WWales @CardiffUniCons programme. Huge thanks to @suzydaviesam @JFinchSaunders & @AngelaJBurns for being a fab bunch of role models for our young women!

We’ve successfully fought for conservative voices on @cardiffstudents’ senate for the first time ever! @MarshallGradyT & @Luke_Doherty19 are doing a great job fighting for conservative students on campus!

Against the odds we've gone from being an affiliated society to a gold tier society in the space of 7 months. A huge achievement & a testament to the hard work put in by our members! Huge thanks to @SocietiesCSU for helping us along the way!

And lastly I want to say a huge thank you to our members. @CardiffUniCons wouldn’t have been the success it was without them. A huge amount of gratitude is owed for the hours they’ve put in - never dreamed we’d achieve so much in such a short space of time. Thank you!
