Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) is one of the stretching technique that use foam roller to help treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscle.
Easy word, it helps you to relax your muscle tightness or muscle soreness due to exercises.
It helps you to improve your blood, oxygen & lymphatic circulation so the muscle soreness can go away fast! Everyone hate muscle soreness right?
So here’s some short videos of me showing you how to use the foam roller.

1. Pelvis & Hamstring release

3. Quadriceps release (plank position)
4. IT Band & TFL release (side plank position)
5. Inner thigh release (plank position)
6. Back release (roll sambil tengok TV)
