If you saw a Twitter post with a photograph of a notice from a landlord on an elevator saying,

“Dear Tenants. From 5/1/2020 there will be an additional charge of $35 dollars per month to use the elevator.”
What would your response be?

So so far I’ve had 20 responses at this point. All of them outraged.
It created an emotional response. When this occurs people are likely to like, retweet or reply to the post.

This is how disinformation and micro targeting occurs.

You’ve clicked like, you’ve sent them a

response. Now they can start micro targeting your account with disinformation that is likely to get an emotional response.
