there& #39;s a desperate search + hope for good news + I& #39;m going the opposite way. I& #39;ll feel better if i blurt out what I& #39;m actually terrified about. Is anyone else expecting a world war to start?
I& #39;m concerned for % the population who have never had to live like this. I& #39;m concerned because of what a withdrawal effect can have on a persons thought process. If I compare it to myself - I don& #39;t work a normal job, I don& #39;t drink, I rarely socialise and I& #39;d never be & #39;out& #39; -
- So the only thing that has changed in my day to day is that I don& #39;t get to train mornings + evenings. I& #39;m massively missing out on the social + physical benefits of my own training, but to someone else they& #39;re being hit with way way way more things right now.
The percentage of people work in an office and have thrived off the relationships and maybe even atmosphere formed in their work. They& #39;re sitting at home refreshing facebook / twitter and instagram at a higher rate of before and all their usual destressing activites are now gone.
