Harry Potter?

Harry reminds me of a middle class white boy rewarded for his arrogance & misplaced curiosity. Ron is as prejudiced & judgemental as those he accuses. Hermione is smart, not intelligent - right answers, lacks perspective.

White mediocrity packaged as greatness.
Draco is a far more interesting character because you witness an internal battle between pureblood societal norms / pressures and morals. You see growth, regret & change. Similar for Neville, tremendous growth. The above three are the same from start to end, no change.
Dumbledore is a problematic, scheming and manipulative old man. From the first book, he showed us he enjoys the idea of child soldiers. Literally had kids doing the work he could have easily done, he defeated Grindelwald?? With how cunning he is, surprised he wasn’t in Slytherin.
Harry’s inability listen and think rationally led to Sirius’s death which he threw his heart into blaming Bellatrix, ignoring the part he played. Fails to take accountability (sounds familiar).
