5 July 1994, Jay-Jay Okocha completed 15 dribbles v the Azurris of Italy, most by a PLAYER in a WC since 1966. To put that into context IT TOOK LIONEL MESSI 3 GAMES TO COMPLETE 15 DRIBBLES AT THE 2018 WC (5 v Croatia, 7 v Nigeria & 3 v France). So good they named him Twice.
