The @scotgov are passing on every penny we receive from the UK Government for this purpose directly to support businesses.
But Scotland has a higher share of the workforce in small and medium businesses than England. Our funding has to adapt to that reality.

Because of @scotgov approach, hundreds more businesses are benefitting from our support compared with elsewhere and we have been able to help sectors of the economy such as aviation, seafood fishing and fish processing, the creative industries and charities.
The UK Government should recognise the larger number of small businesses in Scotland and allocate funding on business need rather than population share,
