Currently obsessed with Snapshots! Such a great film. And let me just say, casting @emilygoss650 as Louise is the best decision they& #39;ve made. I mean, how can you not fall madly in love with her? Ah! I admire her passion and courage so much.
I hope to someday be as charismatic as her. She& #39;s so magnetic that I literally cannot get the trailer out of my head when I first saw it, so I knew I just had to see the film.
I also like how there was no dull moment at all, and how intense the chemistry was between Louise and Rose ( @ShannonCollis). You can literally feel the attraction, the love. But what I noticed most is how on point @emilygoss650& #39;s acting is. Like that first kiss.
I didn& #39;t notice it at first, but after watching it for, like, the tenth time in one day (

Perhaps that was the moment Louise realized it wasn& #39;t just a crush anymore. Before, she was just flirting with Rose, but then that kiss, I think, was when Louise figured out that she was falling in love. And that can be terrifying, knowing who they were, knowing the consequences.
I& #39;m also laughing at Rose& #39;s smile while she promised to meet Louise and not make love to Joe ( @Mr_Max_Adler) that night. You just know Louise got her entirely. Joe doesn& #39;t stand a chance.
Hahaha. But I can understand Rose there. If @emilygoss650 as Louise asked you to come away with her, wouldn& #39;t you be like, "let me pack my bags"? And there was also that scene with Zee telling Louise, "your Rosie& #39;s here." I mean, come on!
Zee is aware of Louise& #39;s relationship with Rose, and he loves Louise so much that even after she cheated on him, he still called Rose so that Louise can be with her before she dies! Zee is actually a really cool character. I like him.
Because of this movie, especially @emilygoss650, I CANNOT stop listening to "Angel Baby" by Rosie and the Originals. I& #39;ve always liked poetry, and because of Louise, I am now reading a few poems by Edna St. Vincent Millay.
I also plan on saying, "I shall die, but that is all that I shall do for Death" the next time I go fishing. Oh, and I listen to "I Only Want To Be With You" by Shelby Lynne, now, because of this film. I blame @emilygoss650. Hahaha. I mean that in a good way.
Oh, another thing. What I REALLY love about the film (aside from the idyllic setting) is how they portrayed the idea of someone& #39;s presence lingering on the things they once touched even after they& #39;re gone, like how Rose saw these items that reminded her of Louise.
I feel like when Rose touched the blanket she once shared with Louise, it& #39;s like she can still feel Louise there. Her warmth, her spirit. Ah! Makes me sad. And there& #39;s also the scenes with "Angel Baby" playing in the background. I CANNOT.

But I really love the scene wherein Louise was reading what I& #39;m assuming was poetry to ducks. Well, actually, my favorite Louise scene was ALL OF IT. Every time @emilygoss650 was on screen, I cannot look away.
This thread is so long, but I just had to express my love for this film and for the characters! This is the kind of art that makes me feel things. After not feeling much of anything recently, I& #39;m glad I found it. Again, I am so inspired by Louise.
So inspired that I& #39;ve started writing again. Thank you to everyone who made this film. And thank you to you especially, @emilygoss650. What a talent!
(I also love that @emilygoss650, based on social media, supports female empowerment like Louise does.)
Much love!
