To make our education system more qualitative and contemporary, we have to introduce the 100% digital learning in schools from secondary classes (6th standard). These digital classes will be totally different from other digital platforms.
What is this unique digital mode of learning?
In this digital classes, teachers physically present in the class (Like Always) are the second layer of support system for the students having doubt or difficulty and to maintain the discipline and decorum of the class

A centralised/decentralised studio for every state/language will be built in one/many cities of India. From this studio, expert teachers will give lectures which will be teleacsted to the students of whole India.
This is how, every student can avail the Right of Equal and Quality Education, as every student is learning from the best teacher. When we test the whole india on one question paper the we need to teach every Indian by one teacher.
The classes will be interactive as one message portal and Live video conferencing will be integrated into the Digital Learning system. In case of any issue, teacher physically present there can access to the lecturer through any of the medium.
This digital way of learning can decrease the cost of teaching in coming years. For this we need to establish a different Board of education passed by an Act of the parliament.
Teachers who will be physically present in the classrooms will be recruited through a PAN India competition. They will have a pay scale similar to private schools or companies and similar retirement benefits. But no lifetime pension.
Through this medium, we can bring the global and influential personalities in introduction with all the Indian students at same time. They can learn new, feel motivated and proud on themselves.
Education should be accessible and affordable but top-class. We need to thoroughly change our curriculum. Still we are testing the memory of Indian students whereas we should test their Thinking Ability, problem solving and decision making ability.
Rather teaching them history through text books, why can’t we teach them through an interesting movie like AVs so that they can grasp it better and visualise the scenes when they have to answer something relative.
Why are we grading them? Why don’t we make them familiar about the career choices at the right time ( say 9th class for engineer or 5th class for sportmen or 3rd class for singer). Why are we killing our talent?
India and Indians are known to do things anyhow. Then why are we following the others while educating our future hopes. However whom we follow have also shifted to open book exams, 4 class a week of 4 hours each. They treat sports as part of curriculum
This is not something which will be change overnight. If we begin this journey now the it will take several years or a decade to make it familiar with our countrymen. Like other nations, anything coming from Government should be better than private things.
