I know the whole drama about the rule book thing but I don't think I have the rights to comment since
1. I'm not fully in the community since I barely draw utaite fan art
2. I don't think I have rights to say anything

But I feel like I wanna say a few things to clear this up-

Firstly, joking around to an extend is a-okay, I feel like for the more memey side of our community from what I've seen they're not breaking any lines. So I'm really confused on why people are blocking them lol

Secondly, this rule book thing. I'm pretty sure some are the same with the jp side like they're just group rules from all utaite communities both intl and jp
• no reposting their artwork or their faces/selfies
• do not threaten anyone or say hurtful things

• joking around horny or not is alright if you know where to stop. So ((in my opinion)) your free to say "*any utaite* can step on me and I'd thank them" But JUST DON'T BE LIKE "ima go to this utaite's dms or smth and tell them I want them to fuck me silly" That's too much

• shippy stuff. For this I'd say to a certain extent. So you can post a drawing of just two utaites together that's not shippy. If your gonna draw almost nsfw stuff or like say "these two are dating and doing stuff in my head cannon" Please have a private account or keep it-

To yourself.
I don't think a proper rule book is needed tho. Cuz the really only special rule for the utaite community is
• don't use their official art or their irl photos

All the other rules are basic manners in most communities ((maybe not the shippy one but you get me))

In the end of the day, this drama really should stop. If you don't like someone for being extra horny then sure block them. Just know that that's your personal opinion and you should tell them their breaking rules. Maybe in your mind they are but there weren't any rules to
