omg people just call anything that changes color in a different angle holo 😂😅 holo is when you see the color of the rainbow in different angles. its consistently the color of the rainbows. Iridescent on the other had is what people always mistake to be holo.
iridescent is when the Color Shifts to Another Color at a different angle. it could be from teal to magenta or have a bright orange too. or from a hot pink to a purple or a teal.
this is iridescent!! not holo! you can see color shifts from red-orange to purple green and yellow at some angles
another example of iridescent! it is also sometimes called unicorn skin shjsjs

this one has a violet to pink shift.

iridescent color can look different on a different base, tho usually in charms or accessories they're laid over a transparent base+
+like for the example gifs above, if the iridescent glitters were laid over a lighter base, different colors will show up. just like this! the examples i previously showed is solar and aurora (i used simplynailogical's unicorn skin collection just for consistency of examples!!)
and this is holo!! see the rainbows!
idk why i made this thread lmao but please put proper description on your products. also!! holo is short for holographic, not hologram!! ok tama na daldal
