Viginal lining (girl's opening) is much more fluid and moist to compare with the lining in the Anal canal (boy's opening). To conclude anal lining is much more delicate that the vagina, means more chances of having fissures (masugatan). (3)

The use of condoms especially the lubricated ones help ease the sexual penetration (inserting of penis to anal canal). And of course to prevent from having STDs. Because once the lining are damanged (nasugatan) it is easier to be infected with HIV and other more. (4)
