Lately I’ve been working from the moment I finish breakfast until the moment I go to bed x.x

I...can’t stop myself from working...when I try to stop I get super anxious that I’m not being productive ;-; I’m gonna burn out if this doesn’t stop

does anyone have advice for this?
I’ve actually been like this for a few years now...but lately it’s been especially bad because of the quarantine x.x
It’s such a bad habit. I rlly need to stop this
