Inko is a little concerned with the attention her little boy Izuku was receiving. Lots of kids wanted to play with him.
He was getting attention from girls and boys in kindergarden. Yet there was always this blond child.

Mitsuki's kid, as she might recall.
That kid took it a step further. He wouldn't let anyone lay a finger on Izuku. While also being a little tsundere about it.
One time she was called to the principal's office because of it. When she went inside the office she saw Izuku crying.

She went straight for her baby and checked on him.
She looked around and saw the blond child. And Mitsuki.
"I'm so sorry, Inko" she said. "My dumb brat bit Izuku".
"What?!" Inko screamed. Her baby was injured because of that blond tsundere.
"That's what you do.." mumbled Katsuki-

-crossing his little arms over his chest.
"What did you say, Katsuki?" asked the principal. This was the first time the blond talked since they were brought in by a teacher.
"It's what you do when you like someone. You get their attention" he scowled.
The adults stayed silent.

Was he really.... Confessing?
"Brat! What are you talking about?!" Mitsuki shouted "This is not something you learned from me or your dad"
"But I saw it on TV!" he said.
By this time Izuku had calmed down.
"That doesn't mean you can go around biting anyone, Katsuki"the principal-

-was soft spoken, but serious.
"It's the nerd's fault. He started playing with other kids intead of me"
"Kacchan... I invited you to play but you said no..." Izuku mumbled with snot in his nose
"Because I wanted to play just you and me!"
Inko had forgotten her anger by this point

It was honestly kinda cute. But they couldn't indulge this behavior in the blond.
"Katsuki that is not a way to get attention, what if you actually bit harder and made Izuku bleed?" Inko said softly getting on eye level with the children.
"I...." Katsuki wanted to say something-

- but stopped.
"If Izuku had to go to the hospital... He wouldn't be able to come to school anymore" she continued.
Katsuki's eyes grew wide. Tear forming in the corners of his eyes. Izuku? Away from him?
"I'm sorry..." he said. "Please don't make Izuku leave...."
"I won't, but -

-you have to promise to never do that again ok?" Inko said wiping the tears off Katsuki's eyes.
"I promise! I'll take care of Izuku! Nothing bad will happen to him! I promise" Katsuki took Izuku's hand. "I will marry him when we are older so I can take care of him for ever"

"Y-yes Kacchan!" Izuku said excited.
The adults chuckled. Katsuki was still in trouble at home. But after that, his attitude changed. He was still rowdy and kinda mean, but took extra care with Izuku.
Inko thought it was adorable. Mitsuki approved of it too.

The kids might change their mind when they were older. But for now, they were inseparable. Who knows, maybe Katsuki IS determined to marry Izuku?
But that was a long time down the road.

*20 years later.... *
"Mrs Midoriya, I would like to ask for Deku's hand..." Katsuki asked -

-with a deep bow.
Inko dropped her tea cup un surprise.
"Mom!" Izuku laughed
"Sorry baby. I was just suprised it took him this long" she said embarrassed by her clumsiness.
"So..." Katsuki asked. Getting redder by the second.
"Yes, Katsuki Bakugou. You have my blessing" Inko said

-with a hand on his shoulder.

Yep. He knew exactly what he was talking about when he was 5 years old.
