The lady I've been speaking of, whose father died in a care home, of covid, and who has it now herself, has complained to CQC about the senior management (not the staff who she said were amazing). The staff now have some form of ppe. I can't believe what this lady is going thru

She was allowed to sit with her father whilst he was dying for 4 days, during lockdown. The management had told staff there was no chance it was covid. It was covid. Staff exposed. No sanitisers or ppe. She said the staff were woefully under trained and under informed.

She herself is now very poorly with suspected covid. I'm writing this thread to highlight what is going on in this care home, but also as I suspect this is being repeated all over the UK
