People who never have to deal with the dehumanising process of obtaining assistance from the govt (like the TRF small amount of $500) are the ones saying the govt is helping so much. Because you never had to deal with how dehumanising, long & insulting the process is.

I have been thinking this post every day since I've seen it. With the dissposessed, they can call the police on you at the same time that they weaponise you to bolster their image as benevolent: look, we're helping all of them! And ppl who've never had to experience it believe it
