Portland: police and fire to SE 32/Hawthorne, report of 5 people fighting with a homeowner and another person setting a telephone pole on fire

Update: caller reports the telephone pole is smoldering, not on fire, but it is 5 people fighting with a homeowner, who is armed with two batons, that came out to confront them about the telephone pole being on fire

Update: one of the suspects who is trying to set the telephone pole on fire is named “Cloud” and he’s wearing a black shirt and a fedora
